Graphic Designer – Visual Design for Brands & Social Media

About the role

CEM Studios is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual design who wants to create engaging content for brands, social media, digital marketing campaigns and other creative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and design ideas based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design social media posts, stories, banners, promotional materials, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop effective visual content.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity.
• Make design revisions based on client and team feedback.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.
• Organize and maintain design files and project assets.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve campaigns and overall visual communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and layout.
• Good understanding of social media design and digital content formats.
• Ability to understand briefs and turn ideas into effective visual designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is an advantage.
