Graphic Designer – Social Media & Video Content

About the role

We are looking for a creative, trend‑aware graphic designer with strong content‑creation skills to develop engaging content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. The role goes beyond designing attractive posts; the ideal candidate understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and take action, and can translate content ideas into high‑quality static designs, carousels, Reels and short‑form video content.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements and campaign creatives.
• Create and edit Reels and short‑form videos for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Turn content briefs and marketing ideas into visually engaging concepts using graphic design, photography/video, stock assets and AI‑assisted tools.
• Develop lifestyle, product‑focused, promotional, educational and trend‑based content while maintaining each brand’s visual identity.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and advertising formats, and produce multiple variations for paid campaigns.
• Source appropriate images, video clips, music and other assets, and stay up‑to‑date with current social media trends and editing styles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creatives based on performance data and manage multiple brands according to monthly content calendars.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, Reels/short‑form videos and product or FMCG content.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience preferred, though a compelling portfolio and creative ability are valued above years of experience.
