Graphic Designer – Remote (Colombo, Sri Lanka)

About the role

InstinctX is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to create on‑brand marketing materials for its two brands. The role is remote, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with a split schedule that aligns part of the day with US Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Design a wide range of marketing assets including ads, flyers, social media posts, website graphics, signage, logos, trade‑show banners and brochures.
• Leverage AI platforms to generate or manipulate imagery and accelerate graphic development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that communicate clear messages.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all collateral.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience creating western‑oriented graphics for US or European markets.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of marketing materials and solid understanding of typography, colour theory and layout.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Legal right to work and residence in Sri Lanka.
