Graphic Designer (Print & Digital)

About the role

Printair Advertising is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in Walpola, Ragama. The role involves creating professional artwork for both print and digital media, working closely with customers and the production team to turn ideas into attractive, production‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design banners, posters, social media posts, advertisements, stickers, invitations, and other print materials.
• Create and modify artwork according to customer requirements.
• Prepare customer artwork correctly for printing and production.
• Work closely with the Printair production team to ensure designs are print‑ready.
• Create visual content for Printair's social media and advertising campaigns.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create professional designs for both print and digital media.
• Understanding of print artwork preparation, including dimensions, resolution, bleed, and colour setup.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio or previous design samples must be provided.
• Previous professional experience is an advantage, but strong design skills, creativity, and willingness to learn are equally important.
