Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The role involves supporting advanced design projects and strengthening our brand’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Review design briefs, determine requirements and plan projects within budget.
• Conceptualise and create visual assets, including illustrations, logos and graphics.
• Prepare rough drafts, present creative ideas and refine designs based on feedback.
• Select appropriate colours, typography and layouts for each project.
• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to deliver final designs.
• Test and optimise graphics across various platforms and media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools and design techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven graphic-design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, graphics and design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, work methodically and meet tight deadlines.
• Living in the Colombo suburbs is an advantage.
