Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, remote specialist to own and scale lead‑generation ad accounts for US‑based service businesses. Reporting directly to the founder, you will identify what works, fix what doesn’t, and drive growth without micromanagement.

Key responsibilities

• Run Google Ads campaigns end‑to‑end, build, optimise weekly and scale successful assets.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Manage HubSpot pipelines, lead tracking and sync conversions back to Google Ads.
• Build reporting dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Create and update landing pages using Claude or WordPress.
• Design ad creative in Canva and with AI tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Google Ads for lead generation (forms and calls).
• Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager and GA4 conversion tracking.
• Practical experience with HubSpot.
• Highly organised, using daily task‑management software.
• Excellent written English.
• Willingness to work US Pacific business hours long‑term.
