About the role

Join the fast‑paced team at Ai‑CHA Maradana Outlet, supporting both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations. You will interact directly with guests, prepare menu items, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and beverages according to brand standards.
• Prepare beverages and snack items while adhering to hygiene and food‑safety procedures.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, handling cash and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, preparation and service areas throughout the shift.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels and ensure all stations are ready for service.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and equipment checks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service speed and quality targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic food and beverage preparation knowledge with attention to hygiene.
• Experience handling cash, POS transactions and basic numeracy.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform routine tasks.
• Basic proficiency in English and Sinhala or Tamil is advantageous.
