Front Desk Receptionist – Aluthgama

About the role

Digital Escapes is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and partners at our Aluthgama office. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Manage the front‑desk schedule, maintain visitor logs, and handle mail and deliveries.
• Provide basic information about the company’s services to guests and partners.
• Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and supporting internal communication.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Strong front‑desk and clerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear, professional communication skills.
• Solid customer‑service mindset to create a welcoming environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional local language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑office role, preferably in hospitality or a service‑oriented setting.
