Freelance Leadership Trainer – Career Acceleration Programs

About the role

NIIT is seeking a freelance Leadership Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact leadership and career acceleration programs for professionals ranging from entry‑level to executives. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create engaging learning experiences that drive personal and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver leadership skills and career acceleration training modules using experiential learning, case studies, role‑plays, and group exercises.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to individuals seeking personalized leadership development.
• Collaborate with clients to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with research and trends in leadership development and integrate new insights into training content.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on leadership and career growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Leadership Skills Trainer, Career Coach, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of leadership theories, models, and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, able to give constructive feedback.
