Freelance Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team in Kandy. You will create visual assets for both digital and print campaigns, helping brands communicate their messages through compelling graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts from brief to final artwork for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and brand collateral.
• Refine layouts, select typography and colour palettes, and produce logos and branding elements.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Prepare files for production, iterate based on feedback, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills with experience creating assets for digital and print media.
• Proficiency in logo design and branding, with a solid understanding of typography.
• Advanced knowledge of industry‑standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalents).
• Portfolio that showcases creative concepts, brand work, and consistent visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback constructively, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent time‑management skills to handle multiple assignments on‑site in Kandy.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is advantageous.
