About the role

Mintpay, a fintech app offering Pay Now and Pay Later solutions, is seeking a Freelance Content Creator to develop engaging social media content that aligns with brand and campaign goals. This remote, flexible position allows you to work independently while contributing to the company’s growth in the payments sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and monthly content plans that support brand and campaign objectives.
• Create engaging concepts across educational and employee‑culture pillars.
• Research social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Write basic briefs, scripts, and captions to support production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine ideas and execute campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and attend content shoots when required.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Excellent creative thinking, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (preferred).
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Journalism, or related field (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Must be located in Sri Lanka.
