Founder’s Associate – Growth & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Founder’s Associate who will work side‑by‑side with the CEO to drive growth, digital marketing and sales initiatives. This hybrid role blends strategic project management with hands‑on execution across marketing, lead generation and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on daily priorities, market research and strategic projects.
• Coordinate designers, developers and freelancers to deliver campaigns and product initiatives.
• Manage and grow LinkedIn and Instagram channels, create content calendars and oversee video and graphic production.
• Run email newsletters, paid Meta and Google ads, and continuously optimise performance.
• Identify target companies, build lead lists, and execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Support inbound lead qualification, track prospects in CRM and schedule demos for the CEO.
• Assist in partnership outreach, proposal preparation and sales presentations.
• Book discovery calls, qualify leads and ensure prospects are prepared for meetings.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth or sales.
• Strong grasp of social‑media and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High ownership, fast execution and ability to multitask.
• Organised and detail‑oriented.
