About the role

AIA Sri Lanka is seeking a full‑time Financial Advisor to join its Colombo team. The position operates in a hybrid model, combining on‑site client meetings with flexible home‑working days. You will help individuals and families achieve their financial goals through tailored life, health, and savings solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and objectives.
• Develop personalized financial, retirement, and investment plans.
• Prepare proposals, conduct follow‑up reviews, and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure all advice complies with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training, and contribute to business development through referrals.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in financial planning and advisory.
• Strong foundation in finance, investments, risk, and portfolio diversification.
• Knowledge of retirement planning and long‑term strategy design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Customer‑focused mindset with high ethical standards.
