Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established manufacturing organization, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance operations and support effective financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports to support decision‑making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support business growth.
• Lead and support the finance team effectively.

Required profile

• Full or part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finance Manager, including at least 2 years in a large‑scale manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Tier 1 ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and audit.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
