Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and compliance for Teceze’s global business. The role requires deep finance expertise within IT services, managed services, cybersecurity and cloud environments, and the ability to provide strategic insights to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models, profitability analyses and growth projections.
• Manage end‑to‑end accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings and coordinate statutory audits.
• Handle multi‑country finance coordination, international invoicing and currency management.
• Partner with leadership on business expansion, investment analysis, cost optimisation and M&A evaluation.

Required profile

• 7–15+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, FP&A, financial operations, compliance or taxation.
• Experience in IT services, technology, managed services, SaaS or enterprise services environments.
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation and financial regulations.
• Proven ability to manage finance functions for fast‑growing organisations.
