Finance Manager – Global Finance

About the role

Olanka Travels, a fast‑growing multinational travel group, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and enhance its global finance and accounting function. This senior role will support the CEO and senior management with strategic financial insights across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations for the group.
• Prepare, review and consolidate Group P&L and management reports across entities.
• Monitor financial performance at both country and group levels.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure timely monthly close, VAT/GST, tax and statutory compliance in each jurisdiction.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance governance and coordinate audits.
• Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead, develop and motivate a Finance & Accounts team of ten professionals.
• Drive process improvements and automation in finance systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance/Accounting (CA, ACCA, CIMA preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including handling multiple entities and Group P&L.
• Experience in multinational or international business environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, compliance and internal controls.
