Finance Associate (FNA)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to support our Finance & Accounting (FNA) team in delivering day‑to‑day financial operations for our clients. The role involves handling routine accounting tasks, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting month‑end and quarter‑end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journals, Management Information (MI) reports, and perform reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Process payments within the GLC and G GI teams.
• Execute period‑close activities, including journal processing, reconciliations, and issue investigations.
• Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets to manage data and generate reports.
• Own allocated process reporting, meet all deadlines, and ensure control adherence.
• Communicate service‑delivery issues, deviations, or potential delays to the Team Leader.
• Maintain quality standards and keep detailed procedure manuals up to date.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified CIMA or ACCA, or currently pursuing a relevant finance degree.
• Relevant experience in finance or accounting functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
