Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, target‑driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base in Dehiwala. You will promote a range of telematics solutions, including GPS tracking, fleet and fuel monitoring, and temperature control, while building strong relationships with B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, referrals, networking and lead generation.
• Present and demonstrate telematics solutions such as GPS tracking, fleet management, fuel and temperature monitoring.
• Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals and support negotiations to closure.
• Achieve monthly sales, customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Coordinate with technical, installation and customer support teams.
• Develop long‑term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional qualification in sales, marketing, business management or a related field.
• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales or solution selling is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and field visits.
• Valid driving licence; access to a motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage.
