Factory Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Factory Accountant to manage financial accounting activities and support effective financial control and reporting at our apparel manufacturing facility. The role involves close collaboration with the head office finance team to ensure accurate cost tracking and timely reporting. You will also support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
• Monitor factory-related costs and expenses, supporting month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Coordinate with the Head Office Finance team and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified ACCA or CA.
• Strong financial accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Analytical and numerical skills with good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Apparel experience will be an added advantage.
