About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Officer to join our construction team in Galle. The role is full-time and focuses on overseeing building projects, ensuring that construction activities follow approved plans and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise construction sites and monitor daily progress.
- Prepare and review technical documentation such as drawings, reports and permits.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Required profile
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in building construction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
