Expansion Manager – Tokenization (Remote)

About the role

Tether is looking for a structured, analytical professional to join the Tokenization Expansion Team as an Expansion Manager. The role focuses on expanding Hadron, Tether’s institutional platform for real‑world asset tokenization, and works remotely with a global talent pool.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and delivery of client and partner initiatives across multiple regions.
• Coordinate client onboarding and manage partnerships with institutional players.
• Ensure smooth cross‑functional execution with business, product, and technology teams.
• Act as a liaison at the intersection of digital assets, tokenization, and institutional finance.
• Contribute hands‑on to a small, high‑performance team, requiring adaptability and precision.

Required profile

• Highly structured and analytical professional.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience or strong interest in fintech, digital assets, or tokenization.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
