Executive/Senior Executive – Tax Advisory

About the role

Join EY's Business Tax Advisory Service line, a high‑performing team of diverse professionals with deep tax technical knowledge and leading‑class client relationship skills. As an Executive or Senior Executive you will support businesses in navigating complex taxation matters across a varied client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate tax planning and compliance advice.
• Support mergers & acquisitions transactions with tax insights.
• Design cross‑border structuring solutions.
• Advise on indirect taxes and emerging regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Accounting, finance or legal qualification (CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, LLB; combined qualifications a plus).
• 1‑2 years of tax‑related experience (advantageous).
• Experience in audit, assurance, tax due diligence or tax advisory services (advantageous).
• Ability to manage a diversified client portfolio independently.
• Technical capability, resilience under pressure and a passionate work attitude.
• Exceptional communication and client interaction skills in English.
