Executive – Tax Services

About the role

The Executive – Tax Services is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. The role supports and manages tax compliance activities for a portfolio of clients, including preparing tax computations, returns and related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax computations, returns and related documentation for client portfolios.
• Assist in tax planning engagements and keep up‑to‑date with Sri Lankan tax regulations.
• Ensure timely filing and submission of statutory tax reports.
• Liaise with clients and tax authorities, responding to tax‑related queries.
• Maintain accurate records, working papers and support internal advisory projects.
• Contribute to process improvements and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of Sri Lankan tax laws and experience in tax compliance and advisory work.
• Relevant academic qualification in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field; professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ethical work approach, confidentiality and proactive learning mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with basic accounting software.
• Familiarity with ERP software.
