Executive - Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to selection.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media and internal databases.
• Screen applications, conduct initial calls and coordinate short‑listing with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, maintain communication with candidates and interviewers, and keep recruitment trackers up to date.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports, status updates and analytics for leadership.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals and social media recruiting tools.
• Experience using databases and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
