Executive - Sales / Business Development

About the role

Digital400 is looking for an Executive Sales professional to drive the adoption of its AI engineering and managed‑services portfolio across an international territory. You will take a clean‑sheet approach to building new‑business revenue, guiding prospects from AI readiness assessments through full‑scale production deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a sales pipeline in an assigned global region, meeting quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: qualification, discovery, solution design with Solution Architects and AI engineers, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Lead initial engagements using the AI Readiness Assessment to open accounts and expand into larger engineering and managed‑services contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and collaborate with Business Development Associates, technical teams and Sales Operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B technology sales experience with demonstrable closed deals.
• Ability to discuss why AI projects fail (data quality, integration, governance, change management) and earn credibility with technical audiences.
• Proven experience selling to international customers and navigating multi‑stakeholder procurement, legal and compliance processes.
• Comfortable selling a small paid assessment as a gateway to larger engagements.
