Executive, Issuer Services

About the role

As an Executive in Issuer Services you will be part of the Execution team delivering high‑quality client experiences across events, platforms and digital workflows. The role works on a UK shift schedule and follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming client queries via shared inboxes, email and live channels, ensuring clear and timely responses.
• Collaborate with technology teams to investigate issues, communicate progress and deliver solutions.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery of client events, from setup through live execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain platform content, including Salesforce records and client portal information.
• Assist with onboarding activities such as account creation, access provisioning and permission management.
• Prepare regular reports on client engagement and platform performance.
• Gather client feedback and share insights with internal development teams.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Management, International Business or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in operations, client support or digital platforms (including internships).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, team‑oriented work.
