Executive – Internal Audit & Compliance

About the role

Executive – Internal Audit & Compliance will work closely with the CFO and Group Credit Controller to continuously improve the Group’s risk management and internal control framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and special assignments across diversified sectors such as freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, travel & tourism, aviation and strategic investments.
• Prepare and communicate periodic audit reports and findings to the immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
• Apply up‑to‑date audit methodologies and develop action plans to address identified issues.
• Plan and execute special reviews and investigations as directed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, uphold the organization’s values, ethics and integrity.
• Support implementation of business solutions that optimise processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel to understand business operations.
• Stay informed about current economic developments.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of auditing experience with a leading audit firm.
• Partially or fully qualified in Chartered Accountancy or ACCA.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong educational background and excellent English communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast‑changing environments and tight deadlines.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
