About the role
We are hiring an Executive – Human Resources (HRIS) to lead our HR digitization initiatives and manage core HRIS functions.
Key responsibilities
- Administer HRIS modules including onboarding, time and attendance, performance management, and employee information management.
- Support system enhancements, process automation projects, and HR digitization initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with HRIS administration.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, HR metrics and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- HRIS administration (Onboarding, Time and Attendance, Performance Management, Employee Information Management).
- Data analytics and interpretation of HR metrics.
