About the role

The Executive – Growth Marketing & Outreach will lead the design and execution of growth‑focused marketing and outreach programmes for Vistara Ventures and its portfolio companies. Based in Colombo with hybrid flexibility, the role blends strategic planning, campaign management, and ecosystem engagement to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns across digital and offline media.
• Conduct market and audience research to uncover growth and partnership opportunities.
• Manage outreach initiatives targeting founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate events, community‑building activities, and sales enablement support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and startup founders to refine messaging and track performance metrics.
• Continuously optimise marketing and outreach tactics based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Strong marketing and growth‑marketing experience, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in market planning and research to identify opportunities and understand customer segments.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentations, and clear written messaging.
• Sales and outreach experience, including lead generation and relationship‑building.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup and venture environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English with confidence to interact with senior professionals.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for digital outreach.
