Executive – Digital Marketing & Graphic Design

About the role

We are seeking a creative, innovative and forward‑thinking Executive – Digital Marketing & Graphic Designing with hands‑on experience to join our Corporate Communications team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative marketing, branding and communication content for the Group and its SBUs across digital and print platforms.
• Create engaging photography and videography using mobile devices for social media, covering corporate events and properties.
• Plan, create and manage platform‑specific content and paid campaigns across social media.
• Provide hands‑on support for events and activations before, during and after execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including Meta, Google (SEM, GDN) and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva; knowledge of InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
• Strong command of English; Sinhala or Tamil language skills are advantageous.
• Good understanding of social‑media platform usage and current trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, with flexibility to work weekends or off‑site if required.
