Executive - Digital Channels

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and digitally fluent individual to join our Credit Cards Business Unit as an Executive – Digital Channels at the Card Centre in Havelock. In this position you will conceptualize and execute digital‑first creative solutions that elevate our brand, strengthen audience engagement, and support multi‑channel marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns across social media, web, email, mobile, and paid media.
• Design impactful static and motion content, including banners, social posts, short videos, animations, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, product, and content teams to bring brand stories to life.
• Lead the end‑to‑end creative process—from ideation to final execution—ensuring brand consistency, attention to detail, and high‑quality output.
• Work with external partners such as photographers, videographers, and agencies to produce high‑quality content.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in design and digital content creation (financial services experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and digital asset optimisation.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
