Executive Customer Success Manager

About the role

As an Executive in Customer Success Management you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the order lifecycle and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, concerns and provide solutions, maintaining transparency with standardized documents such as SAP records and meeting minutes.
• Process all customer orders via SAP and the ticketing system from quotation through after‑sales service, proactively identifying deviations and collaborating with TPM, CB and planning to ensure high delivery performance.
• Monitor financial KPIs of customer accounts (Revenue, CM1, CM2, NWC days, NPS), forecast, track cash flow and support cash management.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customer objectives and company capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or Management.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
