Executive - Client Experience

About the role

As an Executive – Client Experience at NEXT Ventures, you will be the frontline ambassador of the company’s global customer success strategy. You will ensure client interactions are handled with precision, empathy, and professionalism, supporting the mission to deliver tech‑driven financial experiences to users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Instant CRM and helpdesk systems, adhering to defined service timeframes.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to escalation protocols.
• Capture and relay client feedback to internal teams, identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
• Maintain accurate client records in the support database and execute daily tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Foster a collaborative, solution‑oriented team culture.

Required profile

• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Strong communication across email, live chat, and internal tools.
• Fast and accurate typing with high adaptability, patience, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet response SLAs.
• Openness to new ideas and continuous improvement.
