Executive – Business Management (Equities Trading)

About the role

The Business Management team supports the Equities Trading unit of LSEG, ensuring smooth governance, financial performance and operational resilience. This executive role coordinates procurement, invoicing, KPI tracking and stakeholder communication while working in a hybrid environment based in Malabe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Purchase Order (PO) process, liaising with Procurement and Accounts Payable to guarantee timely invoice payments and maintain an Opex tracker.
• Resolve client queries on invoicing and credit control, providing clear guidance on commercial terms.
• Track and report Equities Trading objectives and KPIs to internal forums and senior management.
• Organise and deliver Equities Trading town‑hall meetings.
• Prepare quarterly Turquoise Board materials focused on business management content.
• Execute the monthly Turquoise revenue assurance process with high accuracy.
• Support pricing scheme implementation across Turquoise and LSE, including client onboarding and stakeholder queries.

Required profile

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
