Executive - Billing & Accounts Receivable

About the role

Superloop is seeking an Executive to join its finance team, focusing on billing and accounts receivable. The role involves handling customer billing inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records to support financial stability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer payments, including credit cards, direct debits and other methods.
• Update customer account details such as billing addresses, contact information and payment methods.
• Notify customers about billing information, upcoming payments and policy changes.
• Document billing transactions, customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Ensure billing processes comply with regulations, industry standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to address concerns and improve billing procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or partial professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar billing or accounts‑receivable role.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
