Executive Bid Specialist – Remote (Sri Lanka)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive – Bid to join our team and support Facilities Management (FM) bidding and business growth activities. The position is remote, based in Sri Lanka, and follows Dubai/Abu Dhabi working days and hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFPs and capture key technical and commercial requirements.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for bids.
• Coordinate inquiries with vendors and subcontractors.
• Attend pre‑bid meetings and conduct site surveys when required.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Raise RFIs and manage required clarifications.
• Deliver post‑bid technical presentations to clients.
• Prepare benchmarking analyses, price breakdown summaries, lessons learned, debriefs, and other bid‑related reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Bidding and/or Procurement.
• Strong understanding of technical and commercial RFP requirements.
• Excellent MS Office skills and strong numerical/mathematical ability.
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive, self‑motivated, and adaptable.
• APMP and/or PMP certification is an advantage.
