Executive Assistant – Commercial (Sales & Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Commercial at Cinnamon Life, City of Dreams. The role will provide end‑to‑end administrative and operational assistance, ensuring smooth commercial operations within our hospitality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Commercial, including calendar and schedule management.
• Coordinate commercial activities, meetings, presentations, reports and follow‑ups with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as liaison with international partners, ensuring effective communication and timely follow‑through.
• Prepare commercial correspondence, documentation and performance reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support sales, marketing and revenue initiatives through data collation, analysis and coordination.
• Handle tasks independently with minimal supervision, upholding professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as an executive assistant, commercial or sales support, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated maturity, discretion and the capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
