About the role
The Examination Invigilator (Visiting Basis) will support CINEC Campus by supervising and managing examination sessions on a temporary basis. This role ensures that exams are conducted fairly, securely, and in accordance with institutional policies.
Key responsibilities
- Set up examination rooms, distribute and collect exam materials.
- Monitor candidates throughout the exam to enforce rules and prevent misconduct.
- Address any incidents or irregularities promptly and report them to senior staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of exam content and candidate information.
- Assist in post‑exam processes such as paper collection and secure storage.
Required profile
- Degree from a recognized university.
- Prior experience in conducting or supervising examinations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
