ERP Sales Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

This position is based in Colombo and supports the Australian and New Zealand markets. You will work closely with the ANZ sales team to generate and qualify ERP leads, build relationships with prospects, and create a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify ERP leads via cold calling, email outreach, and targeted prospecting.
• Research potential clients to understand their business and ERP requirements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
• Nurture prospects, communicate value propositions, and address initial objections.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead‑generation campaigns.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to engage prospects.
• Track interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Experience in ERP, enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology services is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage decision‑makers and influence prospects.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to work on‑site/hybrid from Colombo supporting the ANZ market.
