Enterprise Solutions Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to join an IT‑focused team and lead the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑level solutions using cloud platforms and custom integrations.
• Lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external technology partners.
• Lead the design and deployment of solutions involving AI/ML, automation, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Develop and execute cloud adoption strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct innovation workshops, Proof of Concept initiatives, and create technology roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet technical, security, and regulatory standards.
• Act as a technical advisor to enterprise clients and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, technical consulting, solution architecture, or a similar technical environment.
• Strong technical background in digital enterprise solutions and hands‑on understanding of AI/ML platforms.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise solution design and technical projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
