About the role

Cambridge College of British English (CCBE) is seeking passionate, energetic, and committed English Teachers to join our growing academic team. We are looking for educators who are passionate about developing students’ English language proficiency, communication skills, confidence, and overall learning experience through engaging and student‑centred teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons according to the assigned curriculum and academic standards.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Create an interactive, student‑centred, and positive classroom environment.
• Use technology and digital learning resources effectively in classroom delivery.
• Monitor student attendance, progress, assessments, homework, and academic performance.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students when required.
• Prepare students for relevant Cambridge English qualifications and assessments.
• Participate in teacher training, professional development, academic meetings, classroom observations, and quality audits.
• Maintain required lesson plans, academic records, and student performance information.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, academic coordinators, and colleagues.

• Confidence in using technology for teaching and learning.
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and professional communication.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve teaching skills.
• Ability to work according to academic schedules, including weekends where required.
• Qualifications or experience related to English Language Teaching, Education, English, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, TKT, or Cambridge English are an advantage.
