English Lecturer / Assistant Lecturer (Full-Time)

About the role

Join Sri Lanka’s largest Cambridge English preparation network as a full‑time English Lecturer or Assistant Lecturer. You will work within a dynamic academic panel across the Southern Province, delivering high‑quality English instruction aligned with Cambridge standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons that meet Cambridge English exam criteria.
• Create an interactive, inclusive classroom environment that motivates learners.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to monitor student progress and support achievement.
• Prepare students for international Cambridge English examinations.

Required profile

• HND in English with at least 2 years’ experience, or a B.A./B.Ed. in English, TESOL, Language Translation, CELTA, or TEFL.
• Minimum 6–12 months of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for teaching and continuous professional development.

Required skills
