About the role
This 6‑month Engineering Internship at LSEG will immerse you in the Business Analyst function within LSEG Markets Engineering. You will work on real change requests, collaborate with development teams, and gain exposure to financial market technology.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct requirement elicitation and manage change requests to capture business needs.
- Analyze product impact, build acceptance criteria, review test cases and verify coverage.
- Facilitate functional refinement with developers and maintain backlog visibility.
- Document requirements, ensure traceability, and present sprint reviews.
Required profile
- Penultimate or final‑year STEM student graduating between summer 2027‑2028.
- Interest in financial markets, data analysis and technology‑driven business solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate resilience and adapt to changing demands.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Legal right to work in Sri Lanka for the internship duration.
