Codimite is a global B2B tech brand that blends AI with software development. We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Employer Branding Executive to shape our narrative, boost our social presence, and craft brand experiences that resonate across our worldwide teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) by creating community‑focused content and leveraging cultural moments.
• Analyse social and audience data to extract insights that go beyond AI‑generated metrics.
• Produce high‑quality written, visual, and video content ranging from deep‑tech stories to authentic employer branding pieces.
• Design and execute event aesthetics for cultural events, tech meet‑ups, and global digital launches, ensuring seamless translation into social media assets.
• Collaborate with external agencies and production partners, enforcing global quality standards and timely delivery.
• Facilitate internal communications, keeping global teams aligned, inspired, and informed about brand milestones.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of marketing or related experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Self‑starter who can initiate projects without detailed briefs.
• Strong visual sense with the ability to write copy, design graphics, or shoot short videos on the fly.
• Excellent collaborative communicator comfortable working across regions.
• Results‑driven mindset that meets world‑class standards.
• Continuous learner passionate about emerging global trends.
