E-commerce Customer Support & AI Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Customer Support & AI Content Specialist to manage customer operations for an e‑commerce client using our internal platform and AI‑assisted tools. The role blends problem‑solving, AI‑output validation, and basic image editing in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and order‑related cases from start to finish using the internal software platform.
• Review and validate AI‑generated responses, correcting tone, missing details, or incorrect assumptions.
• Identify and report software bugs, workflow issues, and recurring AI behavior.
• Make basic corrections to personalized digital artwork with image‑editing and AI tools.
• Respond to social media messages and assist with simple organic content during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written English.
• High attention to detail and good judgment when handling ambiguous cases.
• Ability to learn new software platforms and workflows quickly and work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Basic computer and image‑editing skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar).
• Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with software QA, requirements analysis, and bug reporting.
