About the role
We are seeking an experienced Drafter to join our offshore team in Sri Lanka, providing technical drawing support for fit‑out and facilities projects in Dubai and the UAE. The role involves creating detailed designs, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring all drawings meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare technical drawings and designs based on project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers on design and structural requirements.
- Create layouts, diagrams, sketches, and workflow drawings.
- Calculate dimensions and material requirements.
- Review and modify drawings to improve functionality.
- Ensure designs comply with quality standards and regulations.
Required profile
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Drafting & Designing.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Draughtsman.
- Experience in UAE/GCC projects is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max.
- Proficiency in Lumion.
- Proficiency in Enscape or Endscape.
- Proficiency in ProD.
