Digital Marketing & Social Media Content – Intern / Associate / Executive

About the role

InTalent Asia is seeking creative, digitally‑savvy individuals to join our Marketing team in Rajagiriya. The role is offered at three levels – Intern, Associate, and Executive – allowing candidates to grow from entry‑level experience to senior responsibility while working on social media and digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
• Plan, maintain, and execute content calendars.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and short‑form videos.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and performance metrics.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Design social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva and Photoshop.
• Shoot, edit, and produce video and photographic content for digital channels.

Required profile

• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for visual content.
• Basic knowledge of current social media trends.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant academic qualifications (University students, fresh graduates, or candidates with 1‑3+ years of experience, depending on level).
