Digital Marketing (SEO & Performance) and Web Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing (SEO & Performance) and Web Development Specialist to join our team at 360 Skin Clinic in Colombo. The role combines strategic SEO planning, performance‑driven paid campaigns, and hands‑on website optimisation to boost our online presence and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies and manage paid performance campaigns across search and social channels.
• Optimise website structure, content, and on‑page SEO; maintain and update web pages using CMS platforms.
• Implement tracking tags and use web analytics tools to monitor performance and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical teams to create targeted digital campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Report on campaign performance, provide data‑driven recommendations, and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong digital marketing background with experience in SEO, performance marketing, and campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience in social media marketing, including content coordination, audience engagement, and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
• Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
