Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns for Kai Group’s hospitality and fashion brands. Working on‑site in Colombo, you will ensure consistent brand positioning across all online channels while driving audience engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, aligning them with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Manage social media accounts across platforms, create and schedule content, and coordinate comprehensive content calendars.
• Drive audience engagement, foster community growth, and implement lead‑generation activities to acquire new customers.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data, and produce regular reports using web analytics tools to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, sales and operations, as well as external partners, to launch products and enhance the group’s digital presence.

Required profile

• Strong digital marketing experience with proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency in social media marketing across major platforms, including content planning and audience interaction.
• Experience in lead generation and funnel optimisation to drive customer acquisition.
• Ability to interpret data from web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Solid understanding of brand management, positioning, and lifestyle/hospitality marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
