Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media and digital marketing efforts for a UK‑based company operating from Wattala, Sri Lanka. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple online channels to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, including graphics and short‑form videos.
• Design sales brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social advertising using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine tactics.
• Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Analyse performance metrics with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc., and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with web developers to keep website content current and aligned with social campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Demonstrated success in managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong portfolio of visual and video content creation.
